Heatcare are Worcester Accredited Installers (WAI). This allows us to offer great additional benefits to our customers who have new Worcester products installed by us. We always recommend Worcester products to our customers because of the high standard Worcester products are built to (The entirety of their Greenstar boiler range has also been voted as a Which? Best buy for the last 9 years running!) as well as their excellent customer service that is on offer to anyone with a Worcester product.


Heatcare are also Gas Safe and OFTEC registered for domestic and commercial work, allowing us to install, repair and service Gas and Oil products in virtually any property. We are also WIAPS approved.  

Heatcare are NHBC Safemark approved. Being Safemark approved means our company has been deemed to meet acceptable health and safety standards, by an SSIP Forum member. 

The Safemark approval further enhances Heatcare's reputation as a reliable and competent company, but also one that works to the highest standards of health and safety.

In 2019 we also became SMAS worksafe accredited.

On 8th September our old boiler went on the blink and we decided it was time to replace it. I went straight to the Worcester Bosch website and contacted local engineers via email. Out of the 4 I messaged Heatcare were prompt with the reply and booked an appointment for a quote. In the meantime the old boiler gave up completely and I emailed Kerrie to ask if it would be possible for the person coming to give the quote to have a look at the old boiler at the same time. I know I was seriously pushing my luck, firstly because the appointment was at half 5 and second because I contacted the company on a Friday evening after normal office hours. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received confirmation that graham would bring his tool kit with him as well. 


Graham arrived promptly and was very polite and knowledgeable. He spoke to both me and my husband with equal respect. I was very impressed and reassured with his honest advice. 


The next day I received a comprehensive quote via email which was perfect for my accessibly needs - I am visually impaired and written material is challenging for me. The next day we received a lovely brochure (so says my husband) with the same information. 


I couldn't fault the service or the quote given. It was £1000 less than British Gas! 


We booked the next available appointment. 


As a disabled woman I felt totally safe and at ease with the team that fitted the boiler. Listening to their banter was very entertaining. Graham kept us updated throughout the process and even took time out to tell me when drilling or other noisy works would happen in case it freaked out my guide dog. 


Graham and Sam (I think) were very tidy during the work and were very careful not to block doorways or walkways. For this I am very grateful. 


The fitting was quicker that I thought it would be. And I cannot tell you how pleased I was when I heard the boiler click into action. After 2 weeks of no heating or hot water... it was music to my ears!!
