Heatcare (UK) Ltd general terms and conditions

 

 

Quotations are valid for 30 days

Payment is due upon the completion of work, however with larger jobs and deposit and interim payment is usually requested.

If for any reason additional work is requested, a separate quote will be raised for that work on top of the original quoted work.

Should unforeseen costs arise the customer will be immediately consulted to discuss options for moving forwards.

All goods will be

  • Of a satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

  • Correctly installed

Faulty goods may be rejected for a 30 day period after installation

All goods remain the property of Heatcare UK Ltd until full payment has been received and any funds cleared.

All work is guaranteed for a minimum 12 months. Parts can be longer depending on manufacturer’s guarantees. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If work is carried out with unreasonable care and/or skill the customer is entitled to a repeat performance or price reduction.

Heatcare (UK) Ltd will fit new and fully functioning parts to any repair, however we are not responsible for delivery times of these parts, nor do we guarantee that these parts will be identical to the part being replaced, however we will always fit a suitable alternative. (i.e manufacturer’s part no’s etc may change)

We will endeavour to have any issues fixed within 48 hours whenever possible.

Risk assessments will be carried where necessary, prior to the commencement of any work.

All engineers will be both qualified and trained in the necessary fields to complete all jobs they are tasked with.

If a third party business is required for work completion, any staff representing that business will also be fully qualified and trained in their respective fields.

 

Please note: Where we cannot solve a complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we can use Ombudsman Services LTD for dispute resolution.
